Everyone knows you cant just give up eating real food and live off supplements, right? Well at the start of the year i decided to do just that, or at least something very similar. The following is my diet which consists of only 1 very small evening meal and 200g of muesli being the only solid meals i consume. I currently train 12 hours a week (mainly cardio), have 4.6 % body fat, can run 10km in under 45 mins (down from 51mins) and can bench 97.5kg (from 80).

As well as doing all this i work full time and have no trouble with energy levels, dont get ill, and very rarely pick up injuries. I believe its all down to the quality of myprotein supplements. If planned carefully, i believe you will never need to eat any fruit and veg or spend large ammounts of money on expensive foods. ”Supplements should not be used to replace a balanced diet” – Well i think they can!
